Maybe he wins one slam. I thought he would be the next big thing, but then I thought now. Now I think he'll be the one.

All the other ones have been pretenders. For like 8 years now. But none of them have proved to be the real deal. Maybe Thiem.

I hope he does win. I always keep coming back to thinking he is the next big thing, but then I get disappointed.

Really disgusted with his loss to Nadal.


But looking long-term, he is only 21 right now. In two years he should easily handle Fed and Nadal. Djokovic should still be top shelf at that point. But I think in two years he can own Nadal.

I cannot see how he does not win a minimum of 5 slams.


All of these other talents have been fake potential champions. Thiem may grab some slams. That seems clear.
